Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez and Frank Springer Tarzan #254 Internal Splash Original Art (DC Comics, 1976). This stirring full-dimension composition (with one inset panel) finds Tarzan a captive of a tribe that seeks to burn him alive. A fine set-piece from writer Gerry Conway's epic adaptation of Tarzan's creator, Edgar Rice Burroughs. Ink over graphite on Bristol board. Image area, 10" x 15". Moderate toning, scattered adhesive staining, and a patch of missing lettering. Very Good condition.
