"Mickey Mouse" production drawing from Steam Boat Willie. (Walt Disney, 1928) Steamboat Willie was the third of Mickey's films to be produced but was the first to be distributed because Walt Disney, having seen The Jazz Singer, had committed himself to producing the first sound cartoon. Accomplished in graphite on animation paper measuring 9.5 x 12 in. Image area is 3 x 4 in. Unexamined out of the frame. In fine condition.
