Disneyland - Snow White's Scary Adventures Operation & Maintenance Manual (Walt Disney, 1984). Snow White's Scary Adventures (called Snow White and her Adventures when it first opened) is one of the few attractions at Disneyland that opened on the first day of Disneyland and still remains in the park to this day. While it has gone through several redesigns and name changes (now being known as Snow White's Enchanted Wish), the attraction continues to delight guests even more than 60 years after its original opening. This is a rare Operation & Maintenance Manual from the New Fantasyland version of the attraction, which operated at Disneyland from 1983 through January of 2020. This manual contains a wealth of information about the attraction, its operation, its mechanical elements, its special effects, its maintenance, and much more. Diagrams, photographs, and mechanical illustrations are featured throughout the manual. Inside, you can find an immense amount of information about many aspects of the attraction: the capacity and dimension of ride vehicles (including intriguing annotated photographs off the underside of the ride cars), a full list of maintenance procedures, vehicle assembly diagrams, track zone diagrams, design and story descriptions of each ride scene, maps denoting the location of every animated prop, special effects equipment piece, and projector, a list of every audio-animatronic figure and its movements and parts, the mechanism of creating all the ride's special effects, and much, much more. The detail of all the information, diagrams, and photographs in this manual is simply astounding!
