Description

Theodor Seuss Geisel (as Dr. Seuss) "Leave Something Green" Painting Original Art (c. 1965-70s). From approximately the late 1960s, this ecological-minded message is in line with the story of The Lorax (who "speaks for the trees") from 1971. Created in ink and crayon. Signed in the lower left of the matted 10.5" x 12.5" image area. Glass front framed to 20.25" x 22.25". Toned and in Very Good condition. Comes with a Letter of Provenance, on the reverse side.
So don't be a grouchnance and don't be so snide.
