Description

Johnny Desjardins The Boys #1 Variant Cover Original Art (Dynamite, 2023). Leader of the Seven and most powerful superhero on Earth, Homelander is the delightfully evil antagonist of the smash-hit television series based on the comic The Boys. While on the surface he's a magnanimous patriot, his violent and psychopathic tendencies behind closed doors lend a different pallor to this depiction with tight fist, placing his boot on the head an eagle. Created as the ComicTom exclusive for one of Dynamite's several reprintings of Issue #1 (which was originally published by DC up to Issue #7), this painting was crafted in mixed media including watercolor and ink on watercolor board with an image area of 10.5" x 15.75". Signed and dated by the artist on the bottom left edge of the image area. In Excellent condition.
