Bernie Wrightson ACBA Sketchbook #1 Cover Illustration Original Art (American Comic Book Academy, 1975). These slightly demented funny animal super-heroes look a bit looney tunes to us! Wrightson is most well-defined by his nickname of "Master of the Macabre," but his skills with wacky cartoon characters was just as strong. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 14.5". Lightly toned, with minor soiling. In Very Good condition.
