Description
David Mack Wolverine and the X-Men #1 Variant Cover Original Art (Marvel, 2014). A unique portrait of the most popular X-Man, Wolverine -- seen here with his signature Adamantium claws extended, yet rendered with an unexpected delicacy by Kabuki co-creator David Mack in his trademark multimedia fusion. The term "mixed media" has rarely been more fitting: the piece is composed of lace and vellum collaged onto board with an image area measuring 12" x 18", and finished with watercolor. Many elements are taped in place, while others are beginning to come loose. Mack's stylized signature is a paste-up. In Excellent condition.More information about David Mack.
