Shield-Wizard Comics #7 (MLJ, 1942) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white pages. Jack "King" Kirby and the incomparable Irv Novick offer up a new costume for the Shield on this swashbuckling cover that features the patriotic hero and the Wizard rescuing Roy the Super Boy. A decaying skull and Japanese flag also appear on the cover. This is only the third time we have ever offered a copy of this comic in 9.0 or higher in our 20+ year history of auctioning comics, and there's only two higher on the current CGC Census! Overstreet 2023 VF/NM 9.0 value = $1,907; NM- 9.2 value = $2,700. CGC census 12/23: 4 in 9.0, 2 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
