Jackpot Comics #5 (MLJ, 1942) CGC FN+ 6.5 Cream to off-white pages. Diminutive versions of Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini appear on the "Cogs of US Production" cover, featuring Steel Sterling and the Black Hood, by Bob Montana. The issue contains the first definitive Mr. Weatherbee appearance, and the brief first appearance of Reggie, as "Scotty", in the Archie story. Montana and Irv Novick art.
