Sal Buscema and Klaus Janson The Defenders #39 Splash Page Original Art (Marvel, 1976). Doctor Strange is in the middle of a bizarre ritual while his many foes (including Dormammu and Nightmare) look on through the veil of mystic sorcery. A splendid page with all of the captions, trade dress, and indicia intact. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Top edge irregularly trimmed.
