Description

Tim Conrad 1976 Chicago Comicon Program Almuric Cover Original Art with Hand Lettered Logo (1976). "Many men are born outside their century. Esau Cairn was born outside his epoch." And so, Robert E. Howard's former boxer was gratefully transported from Earth through space to a world with frightening monsters and beautiful women -- the uncharted planet of Almuric. Tim Conrad brings the sword and sorcery brawler to life with this savagely detailed, hand colored illustration. This piece has an image area of 10" x 16", and the art is in Excellent condition. Also included with this lot is the hand lettered logo for the Chicago Comicon that was used for many years. The logo has an overall size of 9" x 3", and is in Very Good condition
