Black Cat Comics #1 File Copy (Harvey, 1946) CGC NM+ 9.6 Cream to off-white pages. This sole highest-graded CGC copy contains a severed head panel, and a Joe Simon cover. Interior art was furnished by Joe Kubert and Bob Powell. Overstreet 2023 NM- 9.2 value = $1,600. CGC census 9/23: 1 in 9.6, none higher. From the Slobodian Collection.CGC Grader Notes:
