Herb Trimpe and John Severin The Incredible Hulk #144 Cover Doctor Doom Original Art (Marvel, 1971). "The Monster and the Madman!" The Hulk faces Dr. Doom in hand-to-hand combat, but the Ruler of Latveria has some tricks up his sleeve. A great battle cover between two of Marvel's most popular characters, classic Trimpe from nearly halfway through his seven-year run on the Green Goliath! Ink over blue pencil on cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Slight toning, stat logo/header and text paste-ups with taped areas, pinholes in the top margin, small chip on the top left corner, tape on the back corners/edges, whiteout corrections, with creasing, staining, and smudging/handling wear.
