Michel Blanc-Dumont La Jeunesse de Blueberry Tome 11 « La piste des maudits » Planche 30 (Dargaud, 2000). Lorsque J-M Charlier et Giraud, les créateurs de Blueberry se lancèrent dans la Jeunesse de Blueberry, ils n'imaginaient pas à quel point cette facette de la vie de leur héros passionnerait les lecteurs. Le talent de Michel Blanc-Dumont y est sans doute pour beaucoup, comme en témoigne cette planche (32 x 41 cm) réalisée à l'encre de Chine. Pluie et tempête en balayent les cases, dont la dernière occupant la moitié de la planche est somptueuse. When J-M Charlier and Giraud, the creators of Blueberry, launched into the Young Blueberry, they never imagined how this facet of their hero's life would fascinate readers. Rain and storm sweep through its panels; the last of them occupying half the page, is sumptuous. The talent of Michel Blanc-Dumont is certainly in evidence here in this page in ink on two sheets of Bristol board conjoined (on the reverse with tape) and with a combined image area of 12.5" 16.25". There is a paste-up lettering correction in Panel 5 (coming loose). Very Good condition.
