Osamu Tezuka Nakayoshi août 1966 Original d'un détail d'une planche de Princesse Saphir (Kodansha, 1966). Du fait de ses nombreuses séries à succès, Osamu Tezuka est souvent considéré comme le Walt Disney japonais. Il a créé Astro Boy, Le Roi Léo, et bien sûr Princesse Saphir. Cette dernière série est d'abord parue dans Shojo Club de 1953 à 1956, puis dans d'autres titres durant de nombreuses années. Ce dessin a été réédité dans le volume 3 de l'intégrale de 2016. Les originaux de Tezuka sont très difficiles à trouver sur le marché occidental. Cette belle illustration est au crayon et à l'encre de Chine sur papier bristol. Le personnage a été détouré et placé sur un fond mauve dans un cadre de 17 x 22,5 cm. With hit after hit, Osamu Tezuka is often considered the "Walt Disney" of Japan. He created Astro Boy, Kimba the White Lion, and of course Princess Knight. This last manga series began in Shojo Club from 1953-56, and was published in other manga for many years. This piece of art was reprinted in Volume 3 of the 2016 collected edition. Tezuka's original art is very rare and hard to find in the Western market. The lovely image here was created in ink over graphite on Bristol board. It has been trimmed to the figure edges and set on top of a purple background. Glass front framed to 6.75" x 8.75". In Excellent condition.
