Pep Comics #36 (MLJ, 1943) CGC FN- 5.5 Light tan to off-white pages. This is the first Archie cover of the series, and it's an infinity cover by Bob Montana, who also added interior art. To say this book is rare is an understatement -- to date, this is only the second CGC-graded copy of issue #36 that we have ever seen! Appearances include The Shield (that's him on the cover along with the Hangman), Captain Commando, Sgt. Boyle, Bently of Scotland Yard, and Danny in Wonderland. Irv Novick art.
