Sub-Mariner Comics #13 Pennsylvania pedigree (Timely, 1944) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white to white pages. Alex Schomburg's mind-blowing classic WWII cover features Namor in the midst of bondage, skeletons, hooded cultists, a huge snake, and Japanese soldiers. What more could you ask for? Only one other copy is certified with a higher grade from CGC, and the last time we saw a copy with a higher grade was 2002! CGC notes, "Very small amount of dried glue on cover." Overstreet 2014 VF/NM 9.0 value = $3,178; NM- 9.2 value = $4,500. CGC census 5/15: 1 in 9.0, 1 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
