Pep Comics #14 Mile High Pedigree (MLJ, 1941) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. Another great Shield/bondage/torture cover by Irv Novick, who also provided interior art along with Mort Meskin, Paul Reinman, and Charles Biro. This is the highest-graded of only five unrestored copies certified by CGC to date, and the nicest of the four copies we've seen. Overstreet 2016 NM- 9.2 value = $2,100. CGC census 11/16: 1 in 9.4, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
