Description
New Fun Comics #1 (DC, 1935) Condition: Apparent GD. This is the very first DC comic book ever produced, kicking off a publishing dynasty that lasts to this very day. The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books rates it an "8" ("rare") on its Scarcity Index, and it's currently listed on Overstreet's Top 100 Golden Age Comics. A piece is missing from the back cover, the cover and all wraps are detached, and there are no staples. Restoration includes the top right corner replaced, and the bottom right corner re-attached.
