Sub-Mariner Comics #42 (Atlas, 1955) CGC NM 9.4 Cream to off-white pages. By far the best copy we have ever seen of this issue from the Atlas superhero revival era, when former Timely greats were briefly resurrected as anti-Communist heroes. Carl Burgos drew the cover, with Bill Everett contributing both story and art, and Arthur Peddy providing additional interior art. Overstreet 2024 NM- 9.2 value = $2,800. CGC census 4/25: 3 in 9.4, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
