Amazing Fantasy #15 (Marvel, 1962) CGC VG 4.0 Cream to off-white pages. Who doesn't know that this comic features the origin and first appearance of Spider-Man (Peter Parker) and the first appearances of Uncle Ben and Aunt May? Maybe no one who cares about such things, but who would like to have one? Aha! Even a VG copy will generate plenty of collector interest; and for a humble 4.0, this copy looks pretty darn nice. Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko cover and art. Overstreet 2013 VG 4.0 value = $7,400. CGC census 11/13: 123 in 4.0, 438 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
