Description
Detective Comics #67 (DC, 1942) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white to white pages. A difficult book to find in high grades, we've encountered only two that outperform this one (CGC-certified copies graded VF/NM 9.0 and VF 8.0). This was the Penguin's first cover appearance, courtesy of Jerry Robinson. It also features a half-page ad for Wonder Woman #1. Story art is by Robinson, Bob Kane, Jack Kirby, and Joe Simon. Overstreet 2024 VF 8.0 value = $9,500. CGC census 9/24: 3 in 7.5, 8 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
