Kelly Freas Analog Science Fiction-Science Fact March 1969 "Trap" Cover Painting Original Art (Conde Nast, 1969). Leaning heavily on a console, a brooding simian figure glares at reptilian soldiers advancing with weapons raised. This striking vision, drawn from Christopher Anvil's "Trap", set the tone for the March 1969 cover. Painted in mixed media with an image area of 8" x 11.5"; matted and Plexiglas-front framed to 14.5" x 18". Signed by Freas in the image area. Includes a copy of the magazine. Presents in Excellent condition.From the Howard Lowery Collection.
