Pep Comics #28 (MLJ, 1942) CGC FN+ 6.5 Off-white pages. One of CGC's top four copies, this issue contains an early Archie appearance, and features a Hangman vs. Captain Swastika story. The nutsy Nazi, Hitler also appears in a story. Overstreet considers this Irv Novick cover to be a "classic." Novick and Bob Montana art. Overstreet 2017 FN 6.0 value = $1,062; VF 8.0 value = $2,478.
