Jack Kirby and Paul Reinman X-Men #5 Story Page 21 Brotherhood of Evil Mutants Original Art (Marvel, 1964). The cracks start to show in the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, as Magneto threatens to jettison the X-Men into space. Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver oppose his decision, giving the X-Men time to act. This would lay the groundwork for the mutant twins leaving the Brotherhood and joining the Avengers a year later. Classic Kirby action created at twice-up scale in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12.5" x 18.5". Slight toning, staple and pinholes in the top margin, marginal notes and markings, whiteout corrections, with light smudging/handling wear. In Very Good condition.More information about Jack Kirby.
