Adventure Comics #41 Mile High pedigree (DC, 1939) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. The Sandman makes his second appearance in the title, but it's a dynamic shark encounter by Leo O'Mealia that gets the cover spotlight here. Like so many of these early Adventures, no high grade copy is known other than the brilliant Mile High copy. The next highest grade on CGC's census for issue #41 is FN+ 6.5. CGC notes, "From the Collection of Nicolas Cage." Overstreet 2009 NM- 9.2 value = $10,500. CGC census 4/10: 1 in 9.6, none higher.
