Description
Frank Frazetta - Tarzan and Jane Illustration Original Art (1991). In a single image, Frazetta infuses dynamic motion, tense drama, and a lovely image of the semi-nude Jane! The level of detail is finely matched by the subtlety of shading and the depth of the image field. Simply breathtaking work. The fact that it also features Edgar Rice Burroughs' well-known Lord of the Apes really puts this over the top as a fine example of the brilliant pencil work of Frank Frazetta. Rendered in pure graphite on Bristol board and signed and dated in the 18.75" x 12" image area. Glass front framed to 25.5" x 19.25".
