Bambi Thumper Rough Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1942). A stunned Thumper is featured front and center of this lot with an amazing rough animation drawing from the beloved Disney classic Bambi. A fan-favorite character, Thumper's memorable design was created by Marc Davis, while the legendary animators Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston both contributed to the character's animation. Similar to the image seen at the 48:27 mark of the movie, as Friend Owl explains what it means to become "twitterpated," this amazing 16-field animation drawing shows the rabbit rendered in blue color pencil and graphite, measuring an image size of 2.5" x 4.25", presented on a 19" x 16" mat with a 14.75" x 12" opening. The drawing shows some toning on the top left area and two vertical fold creases. Mat is sold as is.
