Spicy Detective Stories #31 November 1936 (Culture) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white to white pages. This issue features a "good girl" cover, which has been credited alternatively to both H. J. Ward and Delos Palmer. Although this Auction may make them seem plentiful, acquiring a Spicy pulp in a 7.0 is no mean feat. Bookery's Guide to Pulps Second Edition 2020 VF 8.0 value = $450. CGC census 9/25: 1 in 7.0, none higher.
