Description

The Simpsons "The War of the Simpsons" Homer Production Cel (Fox, 1991). This fantastic production cel captures a memorable moment from "The War of the Simpsons," an episode known for its comedic exploration of marital dynamics and Homer's escapades. The cel features Homer Simpson in a rare, and somewhat unusual, sight: dressed in a suit, providing a glimpse into his sometimes-unexpected adventures. The 8" image of the lovable patriarch is hand-painted on 12 field acetate and presented over a print background for presentation purposes. In the show Marge and Homer host a dinner party, and Homer gets drunk and makes an oaf of himself. Angry and embarrassed, Marge signs the two of them up for a marriage retreat. As a piece of animation art, this cel not only captures a snapshot of the episode but also underscores the artistry behind the show's characters and storytelling. It serves as a tangible connection to the world of The Simpsons, inviting fans to relive the humorous and often heartwarming moments that have made the series a beloved part of television history. Presented in Very Good condition.
