Dungeons & Dragons: Module #M5 Talons of Night (Basic) (TSR Inc., 1987) CGC NM- 9.2 A Seal Grade. Single booklet distributed unattached to gatefold cover. Written by Jennell Jaquays (as "Paul Jaquays"). Cover by Daniele Horne. Art by Jaquays.The final Master-level adventure module published for Basic D&D, as well as the first solo work by Jaquays. The ambitious adventure leans into a wide variety of playstyles and features, including event- and location-based encounters, puzzles, and mini-games, as well as lots of meta-plotting. Also, the Known World and the Outer Planes are expanded upon. CGC notes, "Seal type: H-Overlap." CGC census 3/25: 3 in 9.2, none higher.
