Rockman World - VGA 85+ NM+ Unopened, Game Boy Capcom 1991 JPN. With only nine unopened examples listed in VGA's September census, Rockman World is a notably scarce title in unopened condition-this marks just our third time offering the game. Released in Japan five months before its Western counterpart (Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge), Rockman World represents the true first printing of Mega Man's handheld debut. As the very first Mega Man game developed for a portable system, it impressively condensed the fast-paced platforming and boss battles of the NES series into the compact Game Boy format. The game also introduced Enker, the original Mega Man Killer, created specifically for this release-a character who would go on to appear in future franchise entries.Auction Info
