Tied with just one other for the second-highest graded copy on VGA's September census-and one of only seven total listed-this Japanese Dr. Mario for Game Boy stands out as the finest example we've ever offered, and one of only two we've handled to date. It was released three months prior to its North American counterpart, making it a first edition. Dr. Mario quickly established itself as one of the most enduring and beloved puzzle games in Nintendo's library.
