Classic evil organist / "Good Girl" / bondage / hanging cover by Walter M. Baumhofer. "Maestro of Murder" story by Fredrick C. Davis. Also includes "Body About Town" by John Lawrence, and "The Nightingale Sings Death" by T. T. Flynn. CGC incorrectly notes that "Footprints on a Brain" is printed in this issue, that story actually appears in the July 1938 issue. CGC notes, "From the collection of Dr. Richard Meli".
