Conker's Bad Fur Day - CGC 9.4 A++ Sealed, N64 Rare 2001 USA. From Diddy Kong Racing to racing away from a bank heist, Conker is a good squirrel gone bad. During development, this game was retooled for mature audiences after criticism for being too similarly "cute" to Rare's other games. Talk about over-correcting! The final version of the game, a 3D platformer with a plucky mascot-type protagonist, featured graphic violence, alcohol, tobacco use, and profanity. Good thing the ESRB was around to keep parents at bay! Rated M for Mature, Conker's Bad Fur Day was directed by Chris Seavor and written by Robin Beanland.
