Chuck Jones Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote Sketch Original Art (Warner Brothers, 1978). BEEP! BEEP! Wile E. Coyote and The Road Runner made their screen debut in 1949 in the animated short "Fast and Furry...ous", directed by Chuck Jones and written by Mike Maltese. This duo went on to make animation history. This is one of the largest drawings we have seen from the hand of Chuck Jones. The characters have an imposing dimension of 10.5" x 6.5". This was done by Jones as a gift drawing at the famed American Film Festival in Deauville, France, in 1978. It is signed and dedicated. Les personnages mesurent une longueur incroyable de 26 x 16,5 cm. Ce dessin a été réalisé par Jones comme cadeau lors du célèbre Festival du film américain de Deauville, en 1978.
