Pokémon Vulpix 68 1st Edition Base Set PSA Trading Card Game Mint 9 (Wizards of the Coast, 1999) Blue Dot Error. The adorable fox Pokémon featured on this 1st Edition card is Vulpix! This Pokémon was a part of Brock's team in the TV series and is one of the few Pokémon that require a Fire Stone in order to evolve. The artwork is done by Ken Sugimori. Please note that this is an error card! There is a blue dot in the illustration box on Vulpix.
