A travers le monde neuf personnes sont kidnappées par la maléfique organisation du Black Ghost, dirigée par Skull, bson chef tyrannique. Soumises à des expériences qui permettraient au Skull de les utiliser comme armes humaines, ces personnes maintenant transformées en cyborgs s'échappent avec l'aide du scientifique le plus réputé du Skull, le Dr Isaac Gilmore pour se rebeller contre Skull et arrêter l'organisation du Black Ghost. Nine people from around the world are kidnapped by the evil Black Ghost organization, led by its tyrannical leader Skull, to undergo experiments that would allow him to use them as human weapons. His most reputable scientist, Dr. Isaac Gilmore, helps the cyborgs escape to rebel against Skull and to stop Black Ghost.
