C. D. Russell Pete the Tramp Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-25-35 (King Features Syndicate, 1935). Expressive linework from the classic series, in which Pete's dog, Boy, fetches the wrong object! Created in ink and blue wash over graphite on Bristol board with an image area measuring 18" x 4". The board shows some light overall toning and smudging at the edges. Light handling wear. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
