Sailor Moon Sailor Moon Production Cel, Painted Background (Toei Animation, c. 1992-97). Sailor Moon, the iconic shojo anime heroine, is presented in her classic soldier costume on this wonderful hand-painted production cel. Her lovely image is displayed on a painted background in an official Toei Animation mat with an opening of 9" x 6.5".
