Description
Fight Comics #1 (Fiction House, 1940) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white pages. Before converting to a war theme, this title was focused more on two-fisted types, both fictional (Shark Brodie, Kayo Kirby) and real-life (Jack Dempsey). Art by the Iger shop meant that greats Lou Fine (cover art) and Will Eisner contributed to the first issue of this series' thirteen-year run. Note that the one higher-graded copy on CGC's census is just a half-grade above this one at 8.0. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $2,184.
