Description
The Ren and Stimpy Show "Black Hole" Production Cel Scene (Nickelodeon, 1992). "Let's climb that mountain so we can learn the lay of the land." Commander Hoëk and Cadet Stimpy find out where all of humanity's missing left socks went after passing through a black hole; in this original 12 field three-level production cel scene, the lads are climbing a mountain of dirty socks in the "strange new universe" they've found themselves in. "Black Hole" was one of the final episodes from Season One, and the first to be directed by Bob Camp; it was first shown on 2/23/1992. The cel scene occurs at about the 5:30 timestamp in the episode as Ren (beginning to turn into a beaver) and Stimpy reach the top of the smelly mountain. Their combined image size is approximately 4.75" x 3.75". The odor fumes are also in cel, but the sock mountain background is a scene-matched print, added for presentation purposes. A Nickelodeon Certificate of Authenticity is included. Cel condition is Very Good with minor handling wear.Auction Info
