Description
Out of Scale Chip Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1951). Chip 'n Dale are two of the most famous chipmunks ever! This original production cel features Chip (Dale has a red nose) sweeping on the porch of the scale model house for Donald Duck's train set from the theatrical short Out of Scale. Jack Hannah directed this short released on 11/2/51 that had the little tree dwellers moving in and making themselves at home in this fun and funny romp. Full-figured Chip stands 3.75" tall (making him about life-sized) in the hand-inked, hand-painted production cel. The cel has been trimmed with a portion of the top right corner missing, though the artwork is unaffected, and placed on a print background for display purposes. With typical studio handling and wear including light paint wear, staple holes along the top edge, and remaining bits of tape, overall this cel is in Good condition.Auction Info
