Description

Rock-a-Doodle Grand Duke Production Cel (Don Bluth, 1991). From the animated 1991 feature film, Rock-a-Doodle, we offer this fantastic production cel featuring the Grand Duke. The film tells the story of an "Elvis-like" rooster named Chanticleer, who lives on a farm and crows every morning to raise the sun. One day he leaves the farm under less than ideal circumstances, to become a rock star in the big city. Here is an original production cel of the villain of this tale and nemesis of Chanticleer, the Grand Duke. The image of this magical and malevolent owl measures 6" x 7" hand-painted on a 16 field production cel which is over a print of the matching background for presentation purposes. Matted to 20" x 16" with an aperture of 14.5" x 10". Condition is Very Good.
