Description

Otto Messmer (attributed) Felix the Cat #6 "Quick Freeze" Story Pages Original Art Group of 3 (Dell, 1948). Felix and a hungry wolf, who's got tuxedo cat on the menu, engage in a battle of wits (or lack thereof) in these pages from the 14-page story "Quick Freeze". Included are Story Pages 2, 6, and 13, rendered at twice-up scale in ink over graphite and blue pencil on Bristol boards with image areas of 12.75" x 18.5". Light overall toning, with whiteout touch-ups, corner creasing, and handling wear. Story Page 2 also has water staining in the lower left. In Very Good condition.
