Description

Carmine Infantino (as Cinfa) and John Nyberg Batman Consecutive Daily Comic Strips Original Art (DC/Creators Syndicate, 1991). Jervis Tetch, better known as Gotham's most malicious milliner, the Mad Hatter, crafts a few new mind-control caps from inside Arkham Asylum in this pair of uncut dailies dated 5-10 and 5-11, 1991. His hats work as expected, of course... but the real question is: what hapless guard let the Mad Hatter set up a hat factory inside the asylum? Rendered in ink over graphite on 16.25" x 11.5" DC Bristol board, with each daily's image area measuring 12.5" x 3.75". The board shows smudging, whiteout corrections, corner creasing, credit paste-ups, and minor handling wear. In Very Good condition.
