Chris Browne Hägar the Horrible Daily Comic Strip and Preliminary Original Art (King Features Syndicate, 2010). Two-for-one Viking value! Hägar beams over quitting between-meal snacking, and he and Lucky Eddie decide to live to fish another day by donating their catch to the bears behind them. This lot pairs the published 1-13-2010 strip with the 1-5-2010 preliminary strip on the back. Ink and marker over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 13" x 3.75", while the prelim on the reverse is rendered in graphite with an image area of 13" x 3.75". Whiteout corrections with minor wear, light smudging/soiling, text correction paste-up, marginal production marks, pinholes on the panel corners, and minor corner/handling wear.
