The sequel to Batman: Gotham by Gaslight turns philosophy into firepower as a victorian-inspired Gotham braces for his promised reckoning. Ink over graphite on DC Bristol board with an image area of 10.5" x 15". Discolored tape registration marks in the top/bottom margins, whiteout touch-ups, page number paste-up at the bottom, with light handling wear.
