Description
Sonic the Hedgehog Sonic and Tails Production Cel and Animation Drawing Sequence of 5 (DIC, c. 1993-96). Here is an excellent sequence of three original production cels featuring the one and only Sonic the Hedgehog from the classic animated series based on the video game franchise of the same name. Sonic was famously voiced by Jaleel White, perhaps best known for his portrayal of Steve Urkel from the hit sitcom Family Matters. In addition, this lot includes two original animation drawings featuring Sonic's sidekick Tails, rendered in graphite and color pencil on 12 field animation paper. Two of the Sonic pieces are composed of two cels, and those cels are attached with a staple at the top edge. The drawings show surface scuffing/tearing on the back sides, and there is a cut-and-taped element. One drawing shows staple holes at the top edge, and one cel shows trimming. Otherwise, minor studio handling and edge wear, and the condition is Fair to Very Good.Auction Info
