Description

Paul Reinman The Mighty Crusaders #6 Black Hood Story Page 5 Original Art (Archie, 1966). The Black Hood takes down the fearsome "Toad Man"... only to find out he's just a jokester pulling a prank at a party, leaving our hero red-faced with embarrassment. It's one of many moments of comeuppance as each Crusader gets a slice of humble pie, served cold and with extra embarrassment, in "The Mighty Crusaders' Blackest Day". This is Page 5 of Part II, and overall Page 13 of the 24-page story. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 12" x 17.5". Light toning, smudging, marginal pinholes, whiteout touch-ups, and minor edge/corner handling wear. In Excellent condition.
